I know its not football based, more community based, but many of these students are brought over for midweek games, they support the Linnets! Can the Linnets support them?
How good is that,i notice the council can find ample funds to finance an expansion of facilities for perfectly able bodied people who have a choice of exercising anywhere! Is this because the council recoups money from Lynnsport?
What really makes me angry is the fact that a facility for disabled people, that they can't access anywhere else in the area faces the axe!
A facility that has attained i believe outstanding ofsted results, with a group of dedicated staff will be scrapped!
So welcome to King's Lynn,a town where able bodied people take preference over the disabled, didn't think that was possible in this day and age! if you can use a technology suite unaided or work out we will take you! Perish the thought that you may be mentally or physically disabled,we will take away your only facility!
I just hope people get behind Plaxtole house, sign the petition, write to Henry Bellingham MP,do whatever you can to ensure this facility remains open! What price do they place on the welfare and wellbeing of our young disabled people,or is it just the survival of the fittest?
