Surely these divisions lack suitable number of clubs. The Supplementary competitions are not really the answers.
The league with FA involvement should be looking at ways to invite clubs outside the UCL without them having to fully meet the stringent requirements. Let those with the resources move through the league divisions and the others to enjoy the standard of football.

The Supplementary competitions are for the Reserve Divisions in order to get each side more games. Presently each division would seem to have eleven teams each, that's twenty league games over some forty-odd weeks. Their League Cup and Supplementary Cups in group format 'fills the void'.

Possibly awaiting the OK to move from their present league, having served the necessary 'notice'.
