After discussion with the secretary of Raunds Town FC we have decided to CANCEL the 23rd December 2006 fans match due to unforeseen changes in fixtures.
We have come to an arrangement whereby Kiln Park can host the UCL fans match on Easter Monday 2007, before the sheduled match of Raunds Town v Wellingborough Town 2004.
Time to be confirmed.
Personally I'm all for having UCL fans match before then, however this would have to be organised from scratch as a seperate match.

If anyone is interested in forming a team or have a 5 a side team present and interested playing us (UCL Fans United) in between now and the Wellingborough game, let us know and we can arrange a date for a game. We need to practise! ;D

I will have a word with the Hotpoint Allstars. We kick around on a Monday night at Powerleague in Peterboro, but it might be nice to get a match on. Could I play one half for each team or should my loyalty be to whoever pays my wages?

Sounds like a good idea. That would be a good one to arrange!
You could play each half for each team. Maybe best play second half with Hot Point as some members on here might kick you! ;D
Is the Hot Point team the Washing machine manufactures?

I'm sure that we could bring the game forward and play at the Dog 'n' Duck before one of our home games and play again at Easter.... How do you feel about that?

Lets get the game sorted out and get a date for the game. I can.t wait for it, our current team train three times a week and are PRIMED for the game, remember over 35s and if you can,t find them get who you want. Lets hope we can get this to be a regurlar attraction, between Super Wellingborough and The ucl chatter boys, but remember boys don,t let the war of words between us take effect on the pitch, (you all loves us at wellingborough really) HA HA. Just to remind you chatter boys we won the last game 4-1 Hope to see you all soon, take care all Haydn
