with St Neots looking odd's on to ground share with Camb City, will it benifit them ?
Does it also benifit BPW, who do ground share? What are the long term plans for BPW? will they go back to their own ground in the end?
What will Northampton ON Chenecks do at the end of this season? will they ground share or will they drop out of the UCL?

You seem to know a lot Mr Hero, why do you think its odds on then? I dont think it will happen mate. we cant even get our own games on at the moment due to waterlogging, let alone any potential lodgers' games

As a fan of BPW it is not my place to comment on this issue although i do have some inside info. Perhaps if the club feel it necessary, then the Chairman or Director Of Football will come on and explain..
What i do know is that the matter is very much a legality at the moment and a positive conclusion is being worked towards. I have heard whispers of several options regarding the future of BPW that will give them the opportunity to go on and become a big club in the UCL...
In the summer, the club was in a precarious position close to going under in many people's eyes but with the help and fantastic support from the league and the many hardworking people at the club, BPW is now beginning to rise like a Phoenix from the flames. This motto is embodied in the spirit of the club and also serves as the picture for the new club badge.
A merger between the youth and adults at BPW now sees the club operate 22 teams and is the hub of a community. BPW has not known troubled times like this before but also has never been braver and have so much potential for the future.
As far as ground sharing being a benefit, i think it is workable but not ideal. Having said that, clubs in world football have been doing it for years and with more at the top level likely to follow suit.

Yes unfortunately for us Ford motor company have decided to sell the land where we operate from , the decision has been made to close the social club on the 1st January 2011 . A massive blow for all of us involved and yes most certainly makes me feel that 7 years of extremely hard work has gone to waste . Apparently there was an agreement on paper that if this ever did occur that Fords motor company would provide us with a similar setup, ha ha ha , not likely . The agreement meant sweet fa . As for Dav Utd who knows , yes we have had 3 firm offers as to yet and are extremely grateful to all parties . As a club we have to decide whats right for us and which would help us continue in the same capacity as we do now , unfortunately we don't have quart mill in the bank and a ground share could be a option although 1 of the offers is not a share . We are all desperate to keep Dav Utd up and running and wish to continue fingers crossed something will come our way and we can continue to enjoy our football . I would like to thank Graham and the social club for there continued support and for there spirit to keep us going this season and hopefully finish on a high . Many thanks Fozzy .

Charlie, sorry to read your post.
I am sure that with fantastic support from the league and all the UCL clubs then your club will live to fight another day.
Years worth of taking part in the league cannot be allowed to dissolve too quickly. Every club that finds itself in some sort of trouble that isn't necessarily bestowed upon themselves deserves ample time and opportunity to fight and carry on. Clubs such as yours and the team i support are the lifeblood of the UCL and have been for many years.
We at BPW had our very bad times in the summer and after much hard work are only now beginning to see some light at the end of the tunnel..
Recovery takes time and the league and other clubs have been hugely supportive which helps and the club now has a very bright future to look forward to.
I wish your club all the best and hope you will pull through.
Society in general and football in particular has some very tough financial times ahead without a shadow of a doubt. With so much needless money going away from the game and with so little coming into it there has been a negative shortfall growing slowly but surely over the last few years.
Football will be affected at the highest level like never seen before and it will descend through the levels. The next five years will be crucial in clubs sticking together and supporting others through bad times.

Fozzy - anything we can do to help in the short term mate, just let me know. That's a tough break - especially after a decent first season back in the Prem. Chin up kid.
