Once we became aware that Dan's services were no longer required at PNS for next season, I must admit that I moved very quickly to invite him over to Peterborough Sports and was delighted when he accepted.
Very perceptive and accurate Kevin

Got this message last Thursday but didn't wish to post until it was confirmed. I've lost a very good friend in Paul. Best wishes to all of his family at this horrible time for them. It's now all about the memories and my lasting one is getting sent off for "scrapping" with him for Ryhall v Brotherhoods! We had a good laugh afterwards and became good friends as a result. That was 35 years ago and I just cannot believe it. Condolences from from Pam and I and all at Blackstones F C.

Just got back from the service of Paul, and a very sad day for all who knew the big man, but respect where it is due, there was a huge turn out for his service, it was standing room only, and i think that is a measure of the respect the local footballing community had for him, and to be fair to Paul, he would probably have been looking down, scanning the room and seeing so many familier faces and thinking he would of got 2 or 3 cracking sides out of the characters in there, smiles all round guys, there was far more good memories of the man than sad ones.......RIP Snozz
