I think geography should play a part in making the decision. Somewhere in the middle of UCL territory would mean no-one will have a massive journey to make.

Distanct in miles to Desborough from (ucl prem chatteres clubs in bold): Blackstones 27Boston 62 Bourne 37 Buckingham 37 Cogenhoe 21Deeping 35 Fords 26 Holbeach 52 Buckby 21 Newport 38 Spencer 16Potton 43 Raunds 20 St Ives 38 St Neots 39S&L 10 Stotfold 47 Wellingborough 14Wootton 34 Yaxley 35Desbo' is also the host ground of one ucl prem chatterer who will travel no distance. The average distance travelled to Desbo' by ucl prem chatterers would therefore be: 26 miles Is this too much? I haven't worked out the first Div ones yet... but they are, as a rule, closer together geographically so this should bring the average even further down. ref: www.tonykempster.btinternet.co.uk/uclpmiles.htm

I have calculated distance from Rothwell as it is easier. Therefore the distance stated to Desborough will differ by no more than one mile: Kempston 32Bugbrooke 21 Burton 8 Daventry 26 Eynesbury 36 Harrowby 48 Higham 15Huntingdon 32Irchester 15 Chenecks 17 Sileby 14 Olney 23PNS 37 Sleaford 56Thrapston 14 Whitworths 13Average distance travelled to Desbo' by ucl div1 chatterers = 28.5 miles Therefore total average distance travelled by the ucl chatterers to Desborough (assuming those from the clubs in bold come) is 27 MILESref: www.tonykempster.btinternet.co.uk/ucl1miles.htmWould you class that as a central location?

Now don't forget that I don't actually live on the ground!!
I have estimated, using a pedometer, gps and ordanance survey that I will have to travel 1/2 mile to the ground - on foot.
So don't forget to add my mileage in......
God this could go on forever....
