Who is the best striker in the reserve division currently, just waiting their chance to break through?

There is a young lad at BPW who is a real prospect for the future, he is only 16 but is the best striker i have seen in Reserve Division 2 by far. His dad played for Kettering Town and at the rate he is progressing, so will this young man.

Paul Scully , although he is more of a withdrawn striker these days or
" a striker that doesn't score goals " !!!
He's bald , he's fat , he pulls them out the hat its Scullio
Scullio bald , fat , he pulls them out the hat Scullio Scullio

Scully and his strikers ?
Not for much longer , a difference in targets , mentality and ambition plus standards of achievement will mean a parting of way is almost certain
Work it out for yourself
Watch this space for breaking news

Becks ,
Got beans to spill that jack would be proud of but I'm not going to as you probably already know about the inadequacies
Defo got the minerals no question and if you saw sat or have seen me at it in the last few years , then i think we both know the score .
Never too big for any level of football but i play to win even with young good bad , ugly and handsome players or whatever the circumstances are at the time and set targets for myself and people around me to work towards achieving on / off the pitch
Thats why we all go back every week , i thought everyone in football felt and acted in the same way
Targets and ambiton to be better
I have realized not , i must be naive
What i will say is that I'm not interested in playing " Happy families " where if your mum and dad come to watch then you get to play
Id rather slit my own throat with a spoon !!!
Will always do the right thing by my lads though that i sign , so will have to wait and see how i decide to go forward
Becks , if your one of my boys then i know that you already know that and i will see you alright no matter what the situation
Carl , story for another day i think
Along the lines of what we discussed pre - season

ss you have to do what you feel is best for club surely that's why they gave you the job if there is outside influence then you have to ask yourself do whoever feel they have the right man for there Job from what you have said the answer is no.I believe that there has to be a strong relationship between all managers at any club for a single goal whatever that maybe at the given club other than that they then have to trust you have that goal as your target and leave you to do your job. I can honestly say even at bpwfc we work to these standards and OK recent years have been lean but we are starting to see the benefits of this mature into good solid lads coming through into a healthy reserve side and the future is a lot brighter than in years gone by, but as cl will tell you we are all lucky here we do get a free hand and have a very patient committee. good luck in your quest and stick to your principles.

superscully i am a football fan thro and thro who has been in football i long time,i have been looking at a few of your posts and admire you for your honesty or niaviety to the game, top managers dont spout off what they have won, their record speaks for itself!also if you we,re as good as you say in being a top gaffer why has,nt any club come knocking at your door,i dont think they will either, top gaffers keep whats said " in the dressing room " left in the dressring room no matter what !! please take note and you might find this a lesson in being a gaffer!!!!

Been a player gaffer 12 years since 21/22 , know how it all works and how you have to be and what to do to get to the top , more importantly what you have to say
Have known these things all along and take lessons from very few
Talent and ability is 2nd to none , no matter what level you pour scorn on
But to be a top ucl div1 or prem boss , you have to play a certain game that I'm not prepared to do
This has and will always be my biggest strength and weakness
I can still enjoy football in many ways as I'm still ( with a bit of fitness ) a great player , fan , UEFA coach and all the rest of it
Have this season also been working at kids level , and thats been my biggest challenge so far !!!!!!!!!!!
Offers have been flooding in recently ( one a role within a prem club ) so not everyone is put off by the SuperScully circus !!!
People who know me best and are close to me , see the quality , feel the warmth and know how to ENJOY " SuperScully "
Regards SuperScully ( Potentially the best manager in the ucl...one day LOL )
