Summers boring and big brothers about birds and bummers. I fancy finding out about any players local or worldwide and where did they go? My first subjects are Mark Cowper and Steve Oldfield They played for whits then vanished,can anyone help? Also Ben Lord,played at Higham then disappeared. I appreciate they're all in their 30's and have lives,just wanted to know if they are somehow still involved with football. If you think its a rubbish thread then ignore it and we'll all talk about superscully.

Things are getting very desparate for you if you are trying to get players in by using this thread . You are now finding out what its like to be a winning manager and other teams wanting / taking your players , something you underestimated when i done it year after year at the " lower level park football " as you call it . It doesn't matter what level you are at , when you win and do well others try and get your players from above..perhaps you will now respect my past achievments even if it was in the Combination . I warned jj in this forum a few weeks ago "that now figo would find out what its all about" . When your a manager in your first couple of seasons you think you have all the answers...You dont and never will , Will figo still be going 7/8 years from now? his reputation on the outside is good but on the inside and esp in wboro its laying in tatters

HAha Cam - have you recieved the book AND photo yet ? and for the record I GAVE THEM THE CHANCE lol lol lol . Do you only reply to my stuff m8 ? HA HA you have got it bad for me , do you bat for the other side ? are you hoping that corinths might change their mind about me before the season starts ? if so im afraid thats not going to happen and even if it did WHO CARES LOL LOL LOL , you need to lighten up , are all your players as uptight , paranoid and clueless about football as you ? i doubt it and i bet i could turn them into a quality side something you could never do . You got some decent players over there aswell and they would do great under a top manager like me dont you agree ? got to better than how it is now ? Would it be possible to answer some questions aswell please for a change ? As for me slagging people off that is not my style and i only react when being provoked- if you read all my postings and debates you will see this BUT you wont because your a very narrow minded little man who has serious case of envy ? How is the " superscully " poll going that you created? Joe Smyth brought me into his set - up cos HE NEEDED ME , if he didnt need me he wouldnt have brought me in . I delivered not only a great res team at the end of the season BUT provided fantastic support to the 1st team{ which has been tottaly underestimated and perhaps we will see the effects nxt yr} the likes of which support he will prob never receive again. What did you do last season ? and the season b4 and b4 that ? its time you answered some of these questions m8? you are nothing and i cannot even take a bloke who hides behind his username seriously..your an 18 carrot loser. Prove me wrong?

Firstly, I have no interest whatsoever in tapping up players. I have never managed,never want to and never will. I see how it inflates a mans ego. It wasnt my intention to insult you or degrade your achievements,its just that I dont consider them to be a worthy contribution to local football. Secondly, the players mentioned were all decent footballers,Ben Lord in particular, and I thought it would be good to find out what happened to them. If anyone else wanted to add they could,that was my idea. I dont know Smyth personally but am beginning to side with him over your departure.He gave YOU an opportunity and without it you wouldnt be at corinths now. How many players did you bring in? The ressie team would have been a success whoever ran them,you just cant see it.From what started as friendly banter and a variety of opinion,you've lowered to a slanging match. Maybe its the way you are ,who knows? As for mazey,you can say what you want,its your teams that will do the talking. I wouldnt be surprised if youve taken most of his players already,that also seems to be your way.
its a real shame that you cant stay away from taunts and who are ya? quotes. You seem quite knowledgeable about the game and clearly passionate. I hope none of your players read this and see how much of a c##k you are.

Ha ha have i touched a nerve!!!! let me try and answer some of your remarks as im a guy that doesn't shy away from the truth....unlike yourself ha ha {your downfall } anyway here goes 1 / I only ever retaliate when i am provoked , you can check all forums and postings for this { but who cares anyway }. 2 / your comment about past achievements not being " a worthy contribution to football " is an insult to all the players , teams , managers and club people in the northants combination , not to mention those that run the lge . Also what is a worthy contribution to football in your opinion ? I believe that all who play the game boys , girls , men , and women , abled and disabled all contribute to football including refs , linesman etc you must not think so . Football is for all , maybe you have forgotten this ? 3 / My departure from whitworths was my decision as well you know so there is no side to take esp with yourself ha ha loser . 4 / Smyth hassled me to join the club because HE NEEDED ME , he did not give me an opportunity out of the goodness of his heart , like any other manager he thought i would help him achieve his target AND i did...to believe any different would be very naive almost in embarrassing actually. 5 / I brought 2 very main players into the reserve team as this was all i needed and possibly all that i was allowed and they made a huge difference , i also brought in another quality player for a one off game when figo left us with ten men , the player scored a hat trick and helped us take the 3pts . If you speak to the players now who you say would have come come good they will tell you that they feel they would have got relegated if i hadn't come in when i did { these are the facts} , also a strange statement to make " that they would have come good regardless" how could you know that ? so why bring me in ? ha ha very naive and very odd that one. 6 / As for mazey I've not said anything bad about him - you were stirring it up and once again provoking me , i wish him all the best he is a good guy BUT not in my class yet..just like you. 7 / yes i agree its our teams/clubs that do the talking and i promise mine will stop soon as I'm so looking forward to pre season and getting the season on..im so hungry for it . 8 / "Mazeys players" can you explain this one please as i don't follow , does he own or have players on contract ? are all players free agents or not at the end of every season ? do managers have a look a round for players ? do players have a look around for clubs ? "Mazeys players" seems like a very odd statement to make and perhaps shows football naivety ? perhaps you are a manager only been doing it 2/3 seasons? . 9 / why do you care or not if any of "my players" are reading this to see what a c**k i am? why would you care if they were or were not ? AND they do already know that I'm a fantastic " COOK " infact i have cooked for players many times esp in the summer months we've had some great bbqs {a little managers tip there from an exp one to an inexp one}...still not sure what my cooking has to do with it though then again there were some strange comments/statements in your post . Oh and finally i forgot to mention above and would like to clear this up once and for all .10 / Corinths actually contacted me in december of last season , believing i was a free agent and they offered me the job of res team manager . I told thim that i had just taken on a role a whitworths fc and didnt want to move so soon although with them being a bigger club and closer to home i sais that i was interested . I also since october had seen a determination if anything else from the young players at whitworths to turn things around and i knew that i couldnt drop them in the crap as they also needed a manager like me to help them . Myself and corinths talked further and i told them that the only way i could consider the job was if they could wait untill next season . They said that they defo wanted to bring me in and would keep the job open untill i was available . Hopefullly this clears up the matter of people giving me a chance...also i wonder how many other managers would have knocked back their local good club and risk missing out on a club that really wanted him in order to continue with a team of young lads in wboro who were 3rd bottom and struggling for confidence and didnt know where their next win was coming from. Billybum there are the facts , make of them what you will but please dont think that there is anyone out there at this level who is better than me....because there isnt and players know this

After much restraint, I thought I'd vent my opinions. SuperScully, I don't know you as a person and you haven't said much to make me think that we'd get on (although I believe you'd prefer to be disliked). I think you're very blunt and non constructive but you try and back yourself up by speaking for other people. Basically, I'm just getting bored of you turning every topic into your own success. The best managers keep their mouths shut and are modest. I believe there must be something you're worrying about if you have to tell someone every day on a website forum? Maybe I'm wrong and you're looking for quick UCL fame but you're going the wrong way. I'm not criticising just expressing my opinion, but I believe if you want to be successful or are successful, you don't need to tell everybody as they should already know.

I am an ex player and won many cups/leagues in my time but I dont feel the need to shout about and tell everyone. Clearly you do which to me smacks of desperation!!! And anyway I have seen you play on many occassions and believe me you are nothing to write home about. In fact I will agree that you are probably a better manager than a player but then again thats not hard is it!! I always thought you could do with a good pre-season as you always carried a little bit of puppy fat!! Doesn't that then mean that your comments are an insult to the UCL league, players etc....... In fact are not insulting the very players who you will manage in reserve division 1!! If you think that the comb prem is better than UCL Div 1, god knows what you think about res div 1 and the players?  Bottom line is you will probably be managing players who just 16 years old and dont know any better and therefore will think your the bees knees!! I'd love to know how good established UCL players would react to your style of managment!! I've said it twice before and I'll say it again, Corinths dont know what they've let themselves in for! Who wants a manager who doesn't care whether he upsets people or not and couldn't give a damn if the club want hime or not!! |

LOL , you boys are ganging up on me now - just the way i like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe the top of comb prem is the same level as the top of ucl div1 , ive never stated that this is a crap thing or not infact i think the opppsite , i have stated that i think the ucl standard is lower than what it was 10 years ago but it was very high then so that is not a slant on anyone either while i think "park football" has better players than ever before although im not sure why this is . As for me carrying some puppy fat - thank you for your kind words..thats a nice way of putting it and im very pleased with that!!!! as for cam winning trophies i think you could be lying about that ? HA HA . Also i am/was a much better player than you and never went higher than prem because i had a lot of fallouts with managers { cant think why } and one reason i became a young manager was to be better than them { which i am } . I agree with you that im probably a better manager than i was a player.......im a super fantastic manager and was only a super player!!!! LOL LOL LOL . Anyway fans keep reading my posts and keep believing in me i wont let you down , also cam feel free to call me as many names as you like - i count that as a win every time!!!!! However much you put Mr Scully in the "I am trying to be amusing" column and goodness knows I have tried, many of his rantings and comments appear to have no real purpose other than to try and stir things up. I thought this forum went members only to avoid all this. reference to sad muppets and queers acceptable now???
