Understand the Clubs concerned have now received their letters from the FA / UCL and there are 12 or 14 that have been officially relegated. (I say 12 or 14 as two different Club officials quoted different figures). I think that now the complex rules apply and it would be good to know from the Management Committee exactly who will go down (properly) as the bottom two now look done for, points wise, just to end the speculation and to help THEIR Clubs prepare for next season, whatever League they may be in.

It's the best kept secret ever. Are they frightened to let people know, or are they waiting for information "from above"!

Does anyone out there NOT think that all of this delay, rumour and uncertainty is doing the UCL harm? As a supporter of Yaxley, it would be great to know one way or another which league we are playing in and who our opponents in that division will be. I have massive sympathy for all clubs caught up in this. And if we have to wait until June for the UCL agm that doesn't leave much time for players and teams to be assembled.

Totally agree James..... Clubs need to know who is playing next season in order to sort their squads out . I think the whole ground grading idea is complete crap anyway. If clubs want to upgrade their grounds to get promotion to a higher level then good on them let them do it....just leave the other clubs alone who just want to play footie......

The FA's rule seems fairly clear to me - as Daventry Utd are the only club in a promotion position with a G grade they are the only team eligible for promotion. Therefore only one club will be relegated and the FA's position is that this would be the lowest placed club without grade F. The remaining clubs without a grade F, including Daventry if they do not achieve that grade, would remain as clubs to be demoted by league position if they have do not have that grade by 31 March 2010.

Clear. so who is that then? Somebody out there in the bottom half of the table must know if they've got Grade F. Corinths, Potton, Bourne, Wellingborough, St Neots, Holbeach, Sleaford, Yaxley, Blackstones, Spencer. Out of those I'd guess at Bourne, Yaxley, Blackstones. So, is it Bourne?

Lineoh; I assume you mean the ground grading requirements are too strict, you can't mean there should be none at all or we would be playing in mudpatches, possibly without nets etc. So, what do you think is too strict about them?

Yes swansong they are too strict for this level of football. Of course there should be guide lines to facilities but realistic ones. Why do we need numbered seats ? Why do we need dugouts 'x' metres apart? As long we have them whats the problem? By the way has anyone noticed how many Premier League dugouts are not seperated? They are joined together. Lets be realistic here, there are hardly any clubs in the UCL Premier that can, and want to play higher level because of rising costs in players wages travelling etc, so lets just get on playing football before the FA hierarchy ruin grass roots football completely

Why do we need numbered seats ? the seats dont need numbering, the 16 directors and visitors seats need allocating and signifying home and away, and for the first division you dont need seating for directors Why do we need dugouts 'x' metres apart? the dugouts need to be at least 3 metres apart for safety purposes in the technical area (they can be joined, IE PNS) Lets be realistic here, there are hardly any clubs in the UCL Premier that can, and want to play higher level because of rising costs in players wages travelling etc Thats the point, if clubs cant afford it, play at the level the club and the community can sustain, dont try to overstretch and then bankrupt the team and ruin the club in the process so lets just get on playing football before the FA hierarchy ruin grass roots football completely Lets enjoy our football in safety and in hospitable facilities, at a level thats sustainable. Before you blame footballs administration, just remember it isnt they who pay the players

the dugouts need to be at least 3 metres apart for safety purposes in the technical area (they can be joined, IE PN safety purposes? if u want safety then make it 10 metres....or better still put one dugout on the opposite side of the pitch.... a 3 metre ' safety zone' is not adequate

Actually we did in both FA competition home games against Lincoln Railway and the 2 Ridgeons Prem League clubs. I reckon if you want to play in these competitions you should at least try and get near to the standards. It's always nice to go away and experience the facilities in the higher standard leagues. Granted it doesn't make much difference in most of the fixtures in the UCL but hey, that could all change over a few years couldn't it Oh, and we get quite a few league and County FA visitors to our home games - it's nice to be able to offer good hospitality and standards. Just 'coz we don't have all the new facilities yet, it doesn't mean that you can't be hospitable nor does it mean we don't want to get there - we'll just keep on working towards the goal. When you go to an away game (even in our league) and get offered a few broken biscuits and no conversation at half time, well it's not a good feeling. Jeff

So who you having a pop at now Jeff?
Granted some more well organised clubs have the directors/ committee members but alas not all are like you, some clubs struggle on a minority.
