In the absence of any games this weekend, which clubs do the division one supporters like to visit? A quick poll ( not exhaustive) at R&H puts the top three ( not in any order) as Olney, Bugbrooke and Wootton whilst Thrapston, Irchester and Buckingham are the least favoured.

Always liked PNS because of the challenge of them being one of the best teams and they also have a pretty decent pitch. Never enjoyed my times at Huntingdon because of the strong winds and the hardness of the pitch. I also liked playing at Ford Sports many moons ago as they were the only club (I can remember) who put on hot food after the game. Saugages, beans, chips, shepards pie just what you need with a pint after the game

Sileby, 10 minute drive for me, many friends in playing and management staff, great pitch and dominoes pizza.
BPW great banter, good hot food.
Place I dislike going to the most. ON Chenecks

Cheers Tad i will pass that on to Sue she will be pleased. For no other reasons other than they seem to be lucky grounds for me. 1. Huntington 2. Dav Town 3. Thrapston (under the lights) 3 unlucky grounds 1. Chenecks 2. Irchester 3. Corinth's More to do with me being rubbish I am sure but i have never been able to beat a drum at these places. If this weather keeps up i will be happy to see a game at the garages( with flood lights of course).

top three grounds for the following;
pitch and facilities;
sileby PNS Bugbrooke
worst three grounds and facilities; Chenecks Whitworths Thrapston
Best place for food apart from the obvious dominoes, is BPW which is the only current div 1 club serving hot food.
Most improved grounds... Hungtington... clubhouse looks fantastic Bugbrooke - different pitch this season.. much better Kemphouse- completely different clubhouse
however I am a traditionalist and love old style grounds, with character so in terms of playing i would love three night games at
rushden and higham buckingham town BPW (at rothwells ground!)

Buckingham Town under lights is a great call your right there is something about it. Don't jump on the band wagon about the food its the only compliment at Burton we get. ;D ;D ;D

Me2, i really cannot think of a ground in the UCL that i do not like going to. I think away days are what you make them.
I think any ground with a stand behind the dugouts always gives the atmosphere a little more edge.
