Don't have a Board at Blackstones, it's a Committee, a very good and united one.

£250 a week budget.
A pair of rookie managers.
As you posted a comment on a different thread, must be hoping for others to get relegated due to ground grading hahahaha.
Good luck boys.... You will need it.

Overlooked for an interview, eh! You really should put as much effort into helping people/clubs rather than trying to stir things up. Good for banter, not much else. Wish we could afford that much. As to others getting relegated due to Ground Grading, you really don't know too much UCL wise, as it now only leaves S & L, Holbeach and Long Buckby to reach the F Grading. Think all will complete by the new deadline and all will finish above Blackstones. You really should get out more, bless you.

Do you not have to apply first? Lets just hope my comments motivate them to keep Prem status yeah? But my personal thoughts are that you will struggle to keep out of the bottom 2 Thats my opinion, u can like it or lump it. I will not gloat come the end of the season. Good luck.........

i would like to wish the guys good luck, its their first taste at this level in managerial terms and although its difficult, Blackstones have a good solid club with some excellent people behind the scenes, so i would say its sensible and positive appointment

But will you congratulate as well? If you keep out of the bottom 2 i will stick £50 behind your bar. Plus congratulate you myself, i have been at your club in the past and won silverware. I really do hope that i am wrong, but have a strong feeling that you will be in the dog fight.

A lot of it will come down to what's more important for the players, money or playing time.
That being said, I don't think the small budget will cripple Blackstones. There have been a few players brought into the 1st team at Blackstones that had been "discovered" by the reserve team boss (if I recall correctly, the Portugese lad, Antonia Viera I think, went straight into the 1st team after playing only one game for the reserves). If that continues, I am sure that they will be safe come the end of the season.

I know it's only October hero my boy but I hope you're putting those 50p's in your Piggy Bank, cause Guinness is currently £2.80 in our Club and I'm really starting to get a thirst on! I know you're at 90% but I'll keep reminding you and I'll see your £50 at the end of April.

Kevin, Blackstones are doing really well considering the £400 budget a week you have. Yesterday my postie mates in Peterborough told me that none of your committee stayed at PNS on Tuesday night for a drink after the defeat there which I find hard to believe as everyone from Blackstones always seems to be even handed in victory or defeat. Keep up the good work.

corbyken get up to date, £400 is well in the past , think the budget is just over half that at present untill they catch up with the monies that was spent on the ground improvements. So they are doing well OK.

Didn't stop for a drink, heaven forbid! What next, one of those Cuckoos flying the nest in that Cloud Cuckoo Land you live in. As I've said before, bless you, next time you're in having a drink on Gazza's Planet give him our regards.
