I see that St Neots couldn't raise a reserve team for their fixture today!!! Any reason?

I believe the reserve side at St Neots have been on a bit of a slide since a change in management half way through the season.. With most, if not all of last seasons squad leaving over the weeks since.. With places being taken by first teamers not getting regular games and youth players being brought in.. One of the new joint managers has now left... A total shambles from the reigning champs... Hope they can sort it for next season
Lumpy.. I think they get a £250 fine for not fulfilling a fixture

I know what you'll all say.......here he goes again........what an absolute disgrace. No class, total disrespect for all the teams that struggle to put a team out at times but still manage it. So what's £250 I can hear them saying. Will be very interesting to see what old lackof, erin, gooner, pyromaniac, abbotsley saint and the rest of 'em have as an excuse this time. Christ it makes my blood boil. we'd play veterans, committee members to fulfil the fixture. You just cannot buy committment. I bet John Walker is ashamed and he's still got to fit in a night time trip to far away Woodford. Good job Peter Naylor objected to an extension to the season, eh!

Grass cutter you are the most insipid person on this forum. First find out facts before you post your rubbish. From what i found out today is fact. They have 8 reserve team injuries 5 of them are out until the pre season, there U18s also have 5 players out with injury. The u 18s didnt have a game today but it is Easter week end and many of what was left were not available. Do you honestly think this is done on purpose are you that stupid. Well yes i suppose you are. It is exceptional circumstances with injuries. So give the club a break please. Get on with your own business, without poking your nose in others. Makes your blood boil, wish it was your head.

Next excuse please? Please stop this, they were genuine reasons, nothing more nothing less, accept them and move on, i dare say the club will fulfil its obligations within the time allowed. Still it takes the focus off bashing Lynn i suppose. O they use one new set of shirts every game, there so rich they dont bother to wash them. so no need for a tumble dryer.

Glad you cleared that up Erin, sounds just like the excuse for the waterlogged pitch, when you had 6 first teamers out injured and didn't want to face a strong Pags team? ;D

Yes fielding eligible players would have been great, but you had a certain number of first teamers who for one reason or another couldn't play, and your reserves were not deemed good enough to face Newport Pagnell. ;D

Points have been made, reasons given, up to all to decide as to whether they accept them or not.
However thread is no longer going anywhere, so closed.
