Our lads will be looking to right the wrongs of last weeks very poor performance in the cup, so a better performance is expected 2mora.
The "Burger Monster" will also be on duty before/during and after the game if you feel like some food to eat.
Have a save journey to the ground 2mora guys. Look forward to seeing you all 2mora.
take care all.

Huntingdon Town suffered a 3-1 defeat for the second successive week against Wellingborough Town. The away side started the brighter of the two sides and went in front through an Adam Banda close range finish. Wellingborough were kept at bay by a strong Huntingdon defence and were forced to shoot from distance on several occassions. The second half saw a stronger Wellingborough start to get a foothold on the game. 3 goals in a 10 minute spell put the result beyond doubt as Huntingdon strruggled in the heat. Although a defeat for the second week running, there were plenty of positives to take from the game with Ashley Yeomans and young Jo Bennett among the stand out huntingdon players. It will be important to bounce backin the cup next week against a struggling Boston side. Fair report would you say Mr Monster?

Seb will do well with them young lads. there's a wealth of talent there just needs nurturing & I am more than sure he can bring that out of them with all his experience. That was the problem I had last year was there ability was abundant but lacked experience. Now it looks like there adjusting well & result will come. www.maccasport.co.uk

Thanks Macca, however, I am not manager of the Reserves, John Scarborough and Mark Mcilwain are in charge, I am involved in some capacity but playing also. Although one day I do hope to be in the managerial hotseat. I believe the youth will prosper in the long run with a few experienced heads, it may not be this year, or even next but one day it will kick in and things will turn around.
Incidentally, I need a new pair of boots......
