Tomorrow night we travel to PNS for our next league game. Pns have lost their last 3 league games which has cost them the top spot now as Long Buckby now take that position after their win at Sleaford.
I guess their manager will be looking for a much better result tomorrow night. Its going to be a very tough game as they do not become a poor side overnight, they have some very good players, big lads and do play good football, so we will need to be at out best for the match tomorrow night.
Our boys are doing well at the moment, just need to be more clinical in front of goal, were creating chances which is good so lets hope we can get another positive result from the game tomorrow night.
All the best to the team

PNS 2-4 WELLINGBOROUGH TOWN
Fantastic performance from the lads tonight!!!!
We very nearly conceded a goal in the very first minute when PNS attacked very quickly and caught us cold, but luckily shot wide of the post.
Addie Staffieri's pace was a threat most of the game, and it was Staffieri who scored the first goal, when latching onto a thru ball and slotted home, a goal which our fans on the far side thought was a least 2-3 yards offside. That goal coming on 13 mins
We equalised on 20 mins when the PNS defender passed a poor back pass to his goal keeper who miss controlled the ball and allowed Jason Turner to nip in and round the keeper to make it level at 1-1.
We then went 2-1 up on 30 mins with Tom Liversedge finished off a wonderfull passing move with a clinical finish from 10 yards out.
Mark Redding then made it 3-1 on 40 mins when he followed up a fierce shot which re-bounded off the crossbar and Reddo was first to react to follow up and tuck the ball away.
I personally felt Mark was offside, so that kinda equalled their first goal.
Second half we carried on where we left off and scored another goal on 55 mins, when a scramble in the box resulted in a good shot from Tom Liversedge who made the PNS goal keeper make a great save, but the ball came out once again to Mark Redding who beat one player and with a "sublime" chip over goal keeper and defender to make it 4-1.
PNS kept playing there good football, and they scored a late goal on 79 mins through Mathew Cook, which made us a little jittery at times, that goal kind of game them a big lift, and we had to defend very well, thought we did defend a little deep which allowed PNS to create us more pressure on our back four, but as a team we saw out the game for a fully deserved in my view a 4-2 success.
PNS do play some very good fast attacking football, and did create some good chances through out the game, but i was even more pleased with the chances we created and our football at times was very pleasing to watch.
All the lads worked their socks off, closed PNS down very well, and as a team defended when we had to, and scored some very well taken goals tonight.
Many thanks for the very warm welcome and the hospitality of the staff at PNS who made us all very welcome throught the game. All the very best to you all at PNS for the rest of the season and will look forward to when you come down to the DOG n Duck later on in the season.
Thank the ladies in the "burger van" for a very nice burger.
Delighted for Rob, Nick and the lads and all the fans who travelled over to Peterborough tonight to watch this very impressive performance. This will hopefully put us in a confident mood to take into our next away game which is a trip to "the walks" and the "Kings Lynn boys".
Cannot wait for that one!!!!
