2 months into the season and all the controversial members have either been banned, left, packed it up or given in trying to either have a debate or mostly, wind people up.
Barely a post in 3 days and it's not as if there isn't plenty of good times laying ahead.
Too much cynicism or just ran its course?

Maybe simply that people are generally happy and enjoying the season?

Then thats maybe what we all should be saying?
I'm fairly happy with the way the season is going but if I put my opinions on here, I (sometimes) get slagged off or put down for my point of view. I just tend to comment on other peoples topics.

Clearly there's too much fighting on the dance floor.
Or maybe everyone's stunned into silence by the BSMFC update?

I think that one of the problems could be that some of the colourful characters on here on the past have been banned. I remember a couple of years ago chatter was flying with an all time high number of users. Now, you just get Pat and his mate talking about people they know down the pub For chatter to be a success and well used, everybody has to give and take a little and be able to take things with a pinch of salt. Controversy also shouldn't be seen as a bad thing. As long as the site is being reasonably well governed and monitored then i think that chatter could be a huge success again before the season is out. Just takes a little bit more effort from everyone. I would like to put myself forward as someone who would like to help out with admin. I have much forum experience. I do think if we stopped blaming refs as a rule then the content of debate would greatly improve overnight
