Lincs Clubs

With me having followed the UCL for a good 5 years now. may i just congratulate the people who put in the hard work behind the scenes to ensure clubs will be playing in this league for years to come! a fantastic achievement!
I am a Lincolnshire man and follow Holbeach, Boston Town, Sleaford and Deeping mainly..andin more recent times Spalding!
Just wondered what everyones views are on the upcoming season with so much happening!

Boston town and Sleaford both managerless! Anybody know who is going to take over at these clubs and will they perform better in the upcoming season? Will Sleaford still have no budget and Boston struggle to bring the success back of a few years ago!

Holbeach have had a great season! Will they be able to take it into next year or was it a false position? Having seen them on few occasions last seaosn they certianly look worthy of their top 6 finish! Wil lthey continue to have the same money next season?

Spalding have recently appointed Pat Rayment as manager! What does everyone think of the new manager and the rumours aobut having the biggest budget the UCL has ever seen apparently! Is he the right man and will they be up there unlike this year where they struggled massively after big pre-season talk of them being up there with Kings lynn

Deeping have managed a top 4 finish under the Tunge revival! Will they surpass this next seaosn and come close to winning the league?

Just interested in getting thoughts of other fans around the grounds and there thoughts on the teams!
i am not associated with just one team and split my time going around all the grounds on a saturday!

They have both been visited this season.. just not as often as the others and i dont follow them as much as i follow the others and i dont have any friends at that club like i do at the others!and theres me thinking i was being silly thinking i could get any reasonable reponse from anyone!

Yaxley now managerless and rumours of a few people taking over! all bit early to say but one i've heard is a certain current manager from one of the clubs you follow Nicky is going to take over at Yaxley... apparently him and another manager from the Ridgeons league will be doing it...

With regards to the clubs you have mentioned..

Holbeach will do just as well as before if not better! seems silly them spending money when they have no hope of going up with there ground but then Long Buckby did the same i suppose as do alot of clubs in the UCL!
Deeping will do well again and be there or there abouts... if they keep Mr Korkmaz
Boston Town i don't know enough about to mention and same goes for Sleaford so couldnt tell you who would take over there! Hope you can put your dummy back in now you've had a reasonable response!

As somebody involved with Sleaford I can tell you that no decision has yet been made on the future management. The job has been advertised and the closing date is this Friday and a decision will be made as soon as reasonably possible afterwards.

Just saying what i've heard.. Yaxley want to go up! Deeping however dont! so i think it could be an interesting few months for everyone!

Casper surely you must know of some rumours to get us interested! Budget there next season maybe?

Casper - i've heard talk of a certain Mr Shaw getting the job.. it was the headline a week or two ago wasn't it? Budget similar to Spaldings? i'm sure you would take a budget similar to anyone else in the league apart from yourselves wouldnt you!
Still not heard anything about Boston Town though!
Heard the same rumour about Tunge going to Yaxley unless Deeping agree to go up should they win the league next season!

When I was speaking to Mr Shaw's agent he told me he would love to do the job but with the volume of other applications it is anybody's guess. I have been told though that the budget may double for this year.

i presumed it would be Paul Ward getting it from what i have heard! Sleaford might be as well asking Brian to have it back! ;D but in all seriousness Sleaford have got the ground to go up and apart from the pitch the facilities there are second to none!
Why don't they have a money man there? or someone willing to put money in! Mr Chand at Holbeach - take your money to Sleaford instead of wasting it at Holbeach when they can't get promoted! same to you Mr Korkmaz at Deeping (if Yaxley don't poach you first) ;D

Heard a rumour all is no so well at Spalding anymore?
Can anyone shed any light although i understand i may get more chance asking a door! he makes more conversation that 3/4 of the people on here.. apart DH who loves a nibble! ;D
