Oadby Town and Harrowby United to play in Division One next season, Bugbooke staying but Harboro promoted. Next season is going to be interesting

Oadby are certainly looking forward to the challenge who are going to be the teams to watch for ? I think you are! I would also expect Eynesbury Rovers, Rushden and Higham and Whitworths to be up there. AFC Rushden & Diamonds are an unknown quantity, but with a huge membership and very likely high attendances for this level, should do very well. Harrowby United, I don't have a clue about, but they've been very succesfulat a lower level (under their former name, Beehive United), so they may be brilliant or awful. It's all to play for, and with my record for prediction I'm probably totally wrong and a club I haven't mentioed will emerge as champions Whatever I feel we are in for an exciting season

i agree with sg on the whole. Eynesbury, Olney and Rushden & Higham are normally consistent performers and should be around the top 6 again. be interesting to see wot side Bugbrooke have but if they can keep most of thier squad together then they should be up there again. Many would maybe expect Afc Rushden & Diamonds to be challenging with the resources and support they have Having played Oadby in the vase last season i believe if they keep most the same squad then they will be looking at promotion as they seemed very capable last year. Harrowby are a unknown quantity, and you normally get the odd suprise team that put a very good team together and surprise a few. At this early stage though i would tip Whitworths as the team to beat, especially if they keep most of last years players and maybe just add the odd 2 or 3 to make them even stronger. Whatever happens i feel it will be keenly contested and with plenty of twists and turns just like the last 2 years.Div one seems to get stronger every season.

Oadby are certainly looking forward to the challenge who are going to be the teams to watch for ? Bugbrooke came third last season, so I expect they'll be thereabouts at the end. We've not assembled a squad yet so got no idea how it'll perform once we do, but knowing our management team it'll start slowly and get better ;D

Because they'll have all the Bugbrooke players.

What level of players are you bringing in? Got absolutely no idea but after a "gap year" we'll be glad of any team that wears our colours, takes our name and plays on a Saturday.

Because they'll have all the Bugbrooke players. Not Bugbrooke - try higher up the pyramid

Spencer, Cogenhoe, Buckby? A few stars have left Buckby already. Maybe? I can't see it personally. They'd require more than a div 1 budget could offer. Are you going to say or is it top secret?

Dont discount Oadby at any cost they have a budget that would blow nearly all the Prem teams out the water and usually have they're pick of leicestershire players, with the likes of Jon Stevenson and Danny Piper on there books from last season, they also have quite a decent support with them as well

We at Oadby can't wait for the challenge when do the fixtures normally come out ? I'm sure we will be ok this season and do have a good folllowing home and away ? Also really looking forward to inviting every team in the league with our hospitality including VIP tickets with 3 course meals being surfed if anyone interested.
