As part of the ongoing development of UCL Chatter, we have added a chat room which will provide a bit of live banter.
I would imagine that some of you may use it as well as the forum for result updates and stuff...
Enjoy.

You can do a brower restore with most anti spyware programmes. That would get you back on IE if not try using firefox www.mozilla.com as a browser. It is UCL Chatters preferred alternative to IE.

Can it be set up so it's separate to the message board? You go in there, sit by yourself for a minute or two, then think "F**k it" and log out. If you could log in and then be reading/making posts at the same time it would probably get more traction.

You could have your browser open in 2 windows like this but yes I know what you mean, in a strip down the side

You can of course open the site in a new window and let the audio alert you when there is someone else joining in. The other option is that we arrange a time to meet and invite everyone along? Maybe on Monday nights at 9pm we could have a group hug chat.

Best idea is to have pre-arranged chat times.
