Just wondered how anyone from Sleaford sees this game going tomorrow after not having a great start to the season???
Is confidence low? Have Sleaford strenghted from last season or is it the same squad??
I have to say Thrapston have started slowly one win and won loss but not played as well as they did in pre-season. Although we did play well against Sleaford last year and got a 1-1 draw and should've won!
Anyway looking forward to the game and looking forward to seeing the new ground if I manage to get their that is!

Having seen both this season, I would say Sleaford, although if it had been before last weekend......... saw Thrapston beat Irchester, looked really good going forward, won 3-1 saw Sleaford at Blackstones, went down 2-0, came back to 2-2, lost 3-2, just lacked belief, which after last week, although not playing well , (so i heard) has returned. I'll go for 2-0, Sleaford

I think this will be an interesting result and marker for those teams with aspirations on the Prem next year. To be fair, Sleaford rolled all before them bar an odd game for the last 3 years and I am not sure thrapston are so much stronger than last year.........apologies boys if I have got that wrong.............but with Sleafords current position precarious, maybe the jump is greater than we perceive

dont get to carried away guys. this cup is a time i give fringe players a game. we cant win this cup but we will have a go. seven missing tomorrow and thats no lie. four very good kids from the youth team though. It will be interseting to see how they cope.

also, when i get my full squad fit we are miles stronger than last year. It is very frustrating. we beat roade 5-0 (who were only narrowly beaten by dav) and drew with pagnell in pre season ( I know joe was down there and would agree we are stronger). Played two games in the league and had five missing on average. If we stay fit and available we will surprise a few

6-0 may be a pretty emphatic result

No complaints, totally outclassed but the young lads battled hard and good experience for the future. looking at Sleaford i would suggest they will be mid table. Very good going forward with loads of pace. Fantastic facilities and nice people. I wish them all the best. ps seven day going in for the chef. Great curry!
