Each Step 4 league should have three divisions - North, Central and South, then they can draw the borders accordingly to ensure the appropriate member clubs. This would limit the travelling and create a good spread of Step 4 football.

Corby Town and Wellingborough Town would be in the Midland section - so I assume Raunds would if they were promoted... I'm happy with that... rather that than the North London/Essex area
