maybe he needs to work with the players he has and stop trying to bring in new ones everytime huntingdon lose a game. there are too many of the present players looking at other clubs, something needs to be done or huntingdon will end up with no squad what so ever

topplayer that is a correct statement, they will eith 1. have no squad what so ever or 2. have a very poor squad! paul swannell is under alot of pressure as it is, with some huntingdon town fans not watching the 1st team until he has gone, with backing like that he has got 2 choices... start winning games or leave! i do agree with huntsrob they shouldnt got rid of either of them

First 10 League games:
2003/4 Andy Rossi = 9 points 2004/5 Andy Rossi = 13 points 2005/6 Gary Ling = 10 points 2006/7 Paul Swannell = 13 points
Not a bad start in comparison to how HTFC have previously begun, however, Town were expected to be challenging for the top spots this season.
In typical fashion, we've gone out of the cups early but that will allow us to concentrate on the league ! I think Paul knows expectations are high this season and will be doing everything possible to ensure Town climb the league table.

fair point matty but a season isnt 10 games long, we will see the comparison at the end of the season, if he lasts that long

So, how has Mr Swannell been getting on ?
Looks like only 13 league points from the last 15 games. Also seems like HTFC are going to finish with less points than last season.
The question is, what happens next ? Should Town give him another season to sort it out ? Should they be calling Gary Ling or even Andy Rossi ?
It's about time HTFC started to make an impression at the right end of the table and gave the people of the town a reason to get up to Jubilee Park and support the Club.

mick huntingdon, what you need to do is look at things generally, its looks pretty obvious tht mr swannell has failed, where are all the players from stevenage, cambridge utd, peterborough utd and all the other clubs mentioned dissapeared to less points (on an average games played) goals conceded is out of the window compared to last season, and the new reserve manager has hardly set the world aalight, has he. all of this on top of the same people running the club, the same people that axed a popular manager and brought in what looks like a loser. So do what st neots did. get rid of the people who nearly ruined the club and start again

gary ling not doing anything just taken time out but i think he'd like to be involved again somewhere next season and andy rossi i believe is at somersham ....would be great to see the pair of them in a management role again i'm of the opinion a lot of players from huntingdon area have not enjoyed this season for one reason or anonther and a ling/rossi duo would bring back not only the players but the enjoyment too

To dream the impossible dream To fight the unbeatable foe To bear with unbearable sorrow To run where the brave dare not go
To win four out of three now Lordbyron to complete ?
