Tuesday night we travel once again to Buckby for our second game against them in a week.
We lost 3-2 last tuesday night in the quarter final of the Senior Cup, and tomorrow night's game is the league encounter.
Buckby have won all 11 league games thus far, and in the process have only conceded 7 goals in the league. So you can see that they give very little away at the back.
Very much looking forward to playing them again, we have to make sure we keep to our game plan, we have to start well in the game.
We done very well against Blackstones on saturday and lets hope we can continue that good form tomorrow night away at Buckby.
Good luck to the lads.

Really proud of the lads last night.
It was a cold, damp night last night. The game seem to start at 100 miles per hour in the early stages. We did get a bit under the cosh first half by Long Buckby who attacked very quickly, but I also did feel that we defended and handled that situation very well. Our back four worked very hard, combining that with Stu Plows in goal we looked very solid.
I felt we handled Russ Dunkley very well at times. Although Dunks was winning most of the flick on's we made sure the second ball was won and we done very well.
We also had good passage of play first half, especially down the right wing, with Danny Marlowe, and Mark Redding doing very well. Phil cassidy and Nathon Heycock doing very well in midfield.
0-0 at half time.
Second half we carried on where we left off, working extremely hard and trying to stop Buckby from playing their football. We did well ourselves, causing them a few problems, once more down the right side, whipping dangerous balls into the box, but we just couldn,t get on the end of them.
I felt we were beginning to get buckby frustrated midway through the second half, you could just see one or two of their players having a little niggle at each other, they were trying to force the play a little more.
A big compliment was made by Botti when he brought all three subs on after about 70 mins, when you can bring on subs like bunting, and foster, 2 quality players who would start in any prem side, they certainly can make a difference.
After all the great play we showed and all the great defending from Danny Marlowe, Luke Cray, Dan Spaughton and Tom Murfitt and as a team, it was a very hard pill to swallow how we conceded the first goal.
We received the ball on the left, and we tried to play the ball back to the left back, but the pass was not accurate enough, Buckby attacked quickly down the their right, but we never tracked back and thats where the goal came from as Buckby had two on one down the right wing, and the ball was played in from the right and there was Dunkley to sweep the ball home.
You could just see everyone's disappointment from Wellingborough, obviously you could see the delight on the Buckby players, as they knew how important that goal was, and it had the adverse effect on our boys, as that just knocked the stuffing out of our players.
This is where Buckby took full advantage as they could smell the blood of the wounded and went in for the kill. They scored two more in quick succession from Rob Foster and a good header from Dan Quigley.
The lads tried to keep going, but for me the first goal killed us, and we tired and became a little sloppy and got caught out of position which enabled Buckby to finish off the game.
Well done to Botti and Greeny in their win, thats 12 out of 12 in the league for them.
Nothing but praise for our boys for their battling qualities, for their good football at times, for their team work, willingness to work hard for each other, cannot fault the effort.
The only thing I would say to our boys and it might be a little harsh on them, but we can learn from it, we just can,t switch off for one second in this league especially against the top teams as we see what can happen.
Really proud of our boys though.
Many thanks to Long Buckby for all their hospitality. Everyone from Wellingborough were made to feel very welcome.
Lastly a big well done to all the Wellingborough fans who travelled over from wellingborough last night on a cold and damp and miserable night. Your support once again was brilliant.
