Match Report from Hoops:
Stamforfd 0 Yaxley 4 Goals: Tom Westerman assisted by Amar Jake Sansby Jake Sansby assisted by Tom Westerman Josh Rosser assisted by Jake Sansby Another quality performance by the Cuckoos saw the boys win their 3rd leage game on the trot. Take nothing away from Stamford, who are a very good side. On the night we had the better quality and we able to take our chances. We started the game off very well and scored our first goal inside 10 minutes, Tome Westerman finished a good move coming from the right hand side, he neatly finished into the bottom corner giving the keeper no chance. The second came quickly after, Jake sansby latched onto a lose ball just out-side the area and fired the ball into the net. Stamford were unlucky to be 2 down and created good chances, our defence stood fast and coped well with everything they could throw at us. On the half hour mark Stamford were denied a penalty claim and we hit them on the counter, scoring our 3rd with a thunderbolt from from Jake Sansby 25 yards out that found its way into the top right-hand corner. Shortly after Josh Rosser finished a good move with a neat finish leaving Stamford 4-0 at half time. The second half was a different game, Stamford changed their formation and gave us a much tougher challenge. However, we saw the game through and well deserved the 3 points. Played 3; Won 3; Drawn 0; Lost 0; Goals 13; Against 0; Points 9 A good start to the season that we aim to continue. Cheers Hoops

I know this is youth football but do you only post when your team is winning. Heard alot from you on your first teams great pre-season but not heard nothing now they haven't won a game since.

OUCH - but the answer is this page is about Youth teams - so yes you're sort of right. There are lots of forums to write on and right now, our 1st team weekly commentary is from our manager on UCL Facebook which you may have missed.
So my friend, put away your sword, climb aboard your mighty steed and try a bit more research ... or is that too much effort? Have you noticed that there are those that have something to say and those that have to say something ...
For St. George (whoever you are) and for England :-)
