Newport Pagnell 0 - 1 Romford.
Not a good game, spoilt by poor decisions by the Linesman and Ref.
Romford were a very Physical side and seemed very good at conning the Referee!
I know we are all Human and we all make mistakes but its very difficult to look at that when bad decisions like todays go against you.
Oh well, maybe next year NP could win the FA cup!!

What about clubs through on byes? Do they get the dough as well? Ive always wondered that. Newport have a bye in the FA Vase due to AFC Newbury being thrown out of both FA compititions (not sure why yet). The FA Vase & Cup seemed to be good money spinners for the clubs out UCL level. |

[glow=red,2,300]N E Way (see what i did there!) the Cooks needed a last minuite goal to send our tie into a replay! Thanks to boy Wonder Steve Diggin!
The Cooks have a very new side, that at the moment isnt quite clicking although our 2 strikers are looking deadly (Brown & Diggin) Brown scored over 60 goals last season for Northampton University & from what ive seen of him he looks to be a major coup for the Cooks![/glow]

Well said. It's been a good round for the UCL as a whole Seconded. I dont care who it is, but I want one of our clubs to make the first round proper this season. |
