Cogenhoe drawn away to Kirkley. Anyone come up against them? Did St. Ives have them in a FA Vase tie earlier in competion?

[glow=red,2,300]Alright extrez...
ive been doing a bit of research on them.... theyve beaten St Ives in one of the previous rounds and are sitting fairly high in the Regeons... should be a tough game... although more importantly it will be a boozy one!!!! ;D ;D ;D[/glow]

We got hammered 7-1 in the preliminary round. This was in season 04/05. They'd already beaten Wallingford in the extra preliminary round 7-0 the week before. It was glorious weather in early September, and they had a crowd of something like 500 people! Lots of them in replica shirts with players' names on, intimidating people behind the goal banging drums, they'd had a good start to the season, we were a regular bottom-third club then, plus the long journey.......it was horrible! Looking at their table, I don't think they're as good now.

...but it will take you hours to get there!! Straight down the A47, turn right just before Yarmouth, Crown Meadow, nice ground just near the train station, havent been there for about 15 years, but I shouldnt think Lowestofts changed that much ;D They won the title last year, beating AFC Sudbury and Bury Town who have since moved to step 4, so it will be a good scalp when you win.
