Status and form prevailed at Kiln Park where Ryman League high fliers Edgware proved too strong for the Shopmates.
Greg Ngoyi gave Edgware the lead after five minutes play and two goals towards the end of the half all but settled the contest in the visitors' favour. Ben Haydon scored their second after 38 minutes with Ngoyi netting again three minutes later.
Stuart Bradford scored a fourth for the visitors after 65 minutes before the Shopmates got on the score sheet five minutes from time through Danny Frid. Edgware had the last word after 88 minutes with Gavin Hart completing the nap hand.
