I think it depends what sort of team NP field for the game. Corinths played them early in the season losing to a solitary late goal. It was an even game with Corinths creating some good chances. I would predict a tight game with NP just edging it.

Dav T then, what sort of game was it and did NP play best 11? Watched part of the game with WT staurday and thought generally NP were not great though last 20 was bit more inspiring and maybe should have grabbed a draw that they would not have deserved.

Dav T then, what sort of game was it and did NP play best 11? . Almost. Newport were missing two defenders and a midfielder through injury. And the first goalkeeper was missing as he has gone back to Australia for now. The striker Drew wasnt fully fit even though he played. He is still suffering from a fractured eye socket he recieved over at Rushden & Diamonds. Apart from that the first team was out. No excuses though as Daventry were excellent and i will not take that away from them. They deserved the win last night. You can see why they are unbeaten!
