the problem for town is when (not if) swannell goes (committtee man told me they've not got much confidence in him) and all his renegades go with him, there wont be any local players to bring back in, goddy have moved swiftly to snap up some, and paul nevil and rick marheineke would rather play in the cambs bis league (about 4 leagues lower than ucl 1) for huntingdon 2000 than be seen at town, why? because the same people who bombed out lingy are still there.

over the bridge if you keep getting personal with the committee and show so much interest in the club why dont you contact the club and get involved and voice your conserns personally instead of using this forum - by the way for the boring record lingy resigned and was not sacked

townie, resigned is a political way of saying sacked. getting involved is not an option, its a closed shop, a sort of brotherhood, (just like the hunts fa) thats why i voice my concerns on here, that way wether my views are liked or not they get heard, freedom of speech and all that.

Freedom of speech would involve you registering an account so you can be accountable for the controversial comments you like to make.
"Over the Bridge" is a name I have seen a few times, has each posting been you? or has someone else used the name? Register the name so we know it is you and be accountable.

With all the talk of diving you have all failed to notice the quality of football being played by Huntingdon, this is obviously due to Paul Swannells new signings who can actually play football.

townie for your information lingy resigned due 2 the fact he found out that hans reif tried 2 get in 2 new managers behind his back, for any1 that knows lingy they will know he is a very proud man so maybe pride talking there! goddy ave snaped up some brillaint players from town ross sommers, paul bass, tommy polis, rob stamper all VERY good players, all capable of playing ucl prem in a few seasons, like what was mentioned about rick marheineke and paul neville they would rather play 4 division lower because they dont believe in what has happened! other players going 2 numerous other clubs... daniel york and lee milton in the reserves neither are happy and if what i hear is true milton could be off! only foreman, moran and yezek from last season, something tells me foreman wants out! over the bridge u are the only 1 that talks sense mate, there is only a few individuals that know bout the corruption at the club, other just dont want 2 believe it

i am a negative person, i dont like to see 'others' coming into a local club and taking it over, i am jealous because i wish these 'others' were no good so i could say 'ha, town have got it wrong' i am also honest, i have not seen them play, so i wont talk about performances, i have only read abouth them and studied the results, it looks like they are going the right way, you cant go forwards if you keep looking back, so lets try and be positive, i think they are doing well,
