i ve said it before and i will qustion it again, why did the huntingdon lads all disband? why did they not stay and push new newcomers out? the answer is simple, they didnt like being challenged and they bottled it and went for the easy option of moving where their mates were, am i wrong? please discuss
how can i be wrong when i am putting a question forward? Players, your opinions are not fact, the fact is, the players left, i agree with you that the chairman is wrong, i like ling, but the point is still standing, the players did not stay to put pressure on the new lads ,

alceste i think u are missing the point in that the players left because of what the chairman done 2 lingy! the reason being that the players didnt want 2 be at a club with such deception and corruption... these words may sound harsh but true! its not a matter of not fighting for their places... do u understand now?

yes i understand. they showed loyalty to Ling because the chairman went behind his back. i saw the team sheet on saturday when town lost to chenecks, only yezek was there from last year, and he was mostly in the reserves, i think that the club will suffer when the new players move on, becasue we all know nothing stays the same for long, the problem for the chairman will be finding a new manager who can bring a whole new team in and i thing revenge will beat him as i expect all the local players wont want to go back

no i dont think the local players will go back, which is a shame! being a player last season felt like a family this season just didnt have that! it IS only a matter of time before paul swannell is off and all the players go aswell because like u say nothing lasts forever... where will that leave the chairman??? or will he decide he made the wrong choice and get rid of swannell? u just dont know with the committee! i DO understand about progressing as a club and i know that is why the chairman done what he done but i genuinly feel if he had let last years squad gel and mature together, guided by lingy for a few seasons then they would have been promoted... my opinion anyway! like anyone will say nothing happens over night but that is what the committee expect! i do appologise if i keep going on about last season but i feel the chairman showed a real lack of faith in manager and team and that is hard 2 take... all the best 2 town

sorry the club is run by a committee not just the chairman and the commitee make disitions without our present chairman there would not be a club and he was the one who got the jubille park site - if the chairman goes from this club the club could fold completly that the true facts - as for gary ling he resigned and the chairman was not going behind his back - gary is at most matches now and the club get on with him fine now - please move on
