It wont be long b4 i get him biting again , he is so easy!! Anyway good luck Darren and without putting too much unwanted pressure on you....i think you can win it this season but you will need other teams to hurt whitworths points wise , defo think you have a good chance though . You know what SS, Im in a good mood today and I'll happily engage in conversation with you. But I'm onto you now and I think I know when your having making a valid point or trying to wind people up and I aint gonna fall for it!!

Well its still early days and things are going well - lots of interest from several walks of life, good that the local lads want to get involve in the club again, after all it is their club
however places will not be on a plate!!! - they will have to be earned and the stongest 11 win start - love that we are dark horses
Had best signing ever by getting new physio - Rob Early - ex corby and grantham - really chuffed

darren hi, been at town for last four seasons mainly in reserves, recently got over torn miniscus ligament in left knee and was due to meet up with karl yezek to go training when it started the other monday, unfortunately something went wrong with my right knee, i went to block the ball with my left leg, but as i did my right knee buckled, it felt like there was nothing supporting my leg and there was no balance, i ran it off but i woke up the next day and my right leg was at a right angle. i cant pull my right leg back now even to do a quad stretch. it is swelled and the doctors have told me to take ibuprofen but is there any advice you can give me? im not even sure what i have done, sorry to ask but the doctor wasnt that helpful ryan

Well first night of pre-season went very well on monday with just under 40 players turning up for the club - with several lads away or working
Good to see our senior players helping the young lads to find their feet and giving them some direction on the training ground
The buz about the place is fantastic, we are fortunate enough to have a cracking set of lads training at present - working hard - gelling together - helping each other - good camararderie and most importantly enjoying it
Just want to thank all the lads and committee for all their help in getting ready for the new season
oh and Russell ice bath is cold but still needs more ice.......
