ive had the pleasure to be trained by both nick and colin and i would say colin is the better trainer and manager.

I quite agree with you Lee about Colin. He likes to develop players.
Where as Nick has a completely different style, having the right contacts, he can pull on players with experience.
Both are successful at it

Colin's teams are definately fit thats for sure and it is much easier to build a team if you have lots of money to pay. Have either Colin or Nick built a really competitive team without any kind of financial support at all (Genuine question)? Feedback I get from players that have left both Colin and Nick is that Steve Herring at Whitworths does a fantastic, varied and enjoyable job with limited facilities. May be sour grapes with players leaving for whatever reasons but I dont think so.

Hi Judgejohn,
I'm a little bit thick today so I can't quite get to grips with what you are saying. But in answer to one bit I did understand, it is good to see people doing well with limited funds or resources, as they say 'proof is in the pudding' Whitworth's pudding mix is doing very well.
Oh wait a minute I've read it again. I wouldn't thought the budget Colins got to play with is a lot anyway.
