I noticed that the bulldozers have finally moved into the National Hockey Stadium in Milton Keynes. Has anyone tried tapping them for the four wonderful floodlight pylons? Or some of the seating from in the stand? Or turnstiles?

Last I heard Newport Pagnell were looking into taking some of the seats or stand. Im not sure if they will be.

On the theme of floodlights can anyone inform me of the proper technical term for the machinery that lowers the floodlights so as to replace bulbs?
Is it along the lines of a compressor?

Lineoh, we have one at Lincoln Road. Yes it's a Hydraulic Ram operated electrically that lowers the lights, as long as your perimeter fence is not in the way. You are welcome to have a look next Tuesday night (9th)
