It appears that mr Turnbull has left his post as Bugbrooke manager, this seems odd as they were possibly more of a force this season than in the last few years? just a case of reaching the ceiling??? www.bsmfc.co.uk

I'll leave it to Tad to reveal which details of his reasoning he wants made public or not, but the players are fully in support of him and most are looking for other clubs as we speak. End of an era at Bird's Close

Same old story at Bugbrooke, look like they are making a bit of progress and then all change. They need to make up their mind where they want the club to be. Either a village team, happy to play in UCL1 or make the step up and invest in the team to take them forward (which i believe was in the pipe line before the meeting!)

I have resigned from BSMFC as you read from my blog on BSMFC's own website. Of course when a manager leaves quite often some of his players also look for a change. It just so happens that everyone that ran the website has left the club. For the recored I have not been forced out by another manager I believe the club advertised in the local paper for the vacant position this Friday just gone.
Having now left it is not mine or our place to talk about BSMFC either on here or on the BSMFC website. No doubt sooner rather than later someone will take up the mantle on both websites. However I can assure you that Bugbrooke will be playing UCL football next season on it's pitch that was 1 of 3 in the UCL chosen by the UCL committee to represent the league for a national award.
The accounts were made public at the club's AGM and there is no financial crisis, it is just simply as the title to this thread is adequately named "changes at Bugbrooke" soon those changes will be in place and I am sure they will continue to progress as they have over the last few seasons.
As for me I would like to thank everyone here for some fun discussions and maybe one day I will be back here and part of the UCL setup again.

Have to agree with you Darren, more to this than meets the eye in my oppinion, but good luck tad in the future it won't seem the same without the Bugbrooke banter.

Purely for the record - the BSMFC website has been "temporarily" closed in response to two issues:
1. Previous main sponsor has requested all branding and logo's are removed from bsmfc site. 2. The site owner pays out of his own pocket for the site to be hosted and no longer plays at the club.

www.pitchero.com/football/ and www.clubwebsite.co.uk/ are free sites for clubs and easy to use. I thought the Bugbrooke web site looked really good but as always it needs someone to update it.... these off the shelf and free websites meaning anyone can be given a password and download information . Downside is .. they dont looks so good!

With regards to the site, its sad to see the responsibility lies with one of the players, the football club should be paying for the website as it will provide a social network for you and your players to interact, which will inrease your team bonding as well as keep all players notified of current goings on, and with regards to salakos post, there must be something fishy going on if the main sponsor wants all branding removed immediatly, its a source to advertise business... clearly someone has ****** him off!!
