Football and cricketing legend Billy Munton has been appointed First Team manager at Bourne, for the second time. Best of luck Billy, I'm sure you'll give all those big spenders a run for their money and a local derby with Holbeach as well!

Unfortunatley Kev the local derby has gone out the window !! ..... Good luck to Billy, Phil and Steve in their move to the first team. It will be a refeshing change to see lads wanting to play for the club and not little brown envelopes.
Heres hoping for a midtable finish for the ' newbies' in Div 1

Lineoh why have you always been so negative about your players I am sure there were players there that did play because they enjoyed playing for Bourne FC and not just for the money. When I watched some of your games over the last few seasons, and you have had some good players that have played some good football and they had little or no response from the so called fans even scoring a goal didnt often get a clap. Perhaps its time to stop snipping and get behind your team and management for a change. Wish the team all the best in Div 1.

Unfortunately i cant control the reactions of the crowd......I am not being negative my friend and yes they were a few players who did and still do enjoying playing for The Wakes but there were alot more there for one thing, also beyond my control. Ihave always been behind my team and manager as for the past 6 years i have run the line for the Ressies. I sincerley wish them well in Div 1 and would love to see them walk the league but realistically with virtually a new side in the making its gonna take time and rest assured i will behind The Wakes all season long as per normal.
