Not going to say too much about it as I wrote the book and I don't want to blow my own trumpet. But all proceeds go towards facilities at Leading Drove, a subject mentioned often on this forum. It is also a book about the UCL which is always nice and you never know your club might be getting a mention . You can get copies shortly from the club shop or order a copy online by clicking the link below. Order here. It's been a lifetime ambition of mine to get a book published so I am feeling good right now

Oh, and if you take the ISBN number from the publishers website (link in original post) you can order it from your local book shop.

I've bought and read the book as well. I especially interested in reading 'that game against St Ives.' I was one of the 101 that night and stood behind the goal and saw all of the penalty fiasco at close range. I would say that your goalie did go into one after the second spot save and started calling the ref all kinds of expletives (rather understandably I must add)
I must admit to feeling embarassed that we came away with all 3 ponits that evening. You guys were severely mugged by a jobs worth linesman!!!!
A good read and look forward to next years.

Thanks very much for your custom. This years book is in the making and I fully expect it to be bigger and better.
Going back to the that night, I could only call the penalty as I saw it. If Aaron was loose with his tongue, despite understanding it the ref was probably right. Thankfully we stayed up so it wasn't the key moment in our season.
I do stand by what I say in that chapter... that match (despite being a defeat) galvanised our players into thinking they could get out of trouble.
