Three out of four now after St Neots Town won by the odd goal at Epsom and Ewell tonight. (Match Result 1 - 2).
Next Kings Lynn to win at Beckenham on Saturday making it four clubs through for the UCL.

Well four out of four in the previous round, what about the next round on Saturday ?
I believe that it will be at least two out of four and have a sneaking suspicion that the Linnets might achieve a draw at Stockton. The odd one out this time I think will be St Ives Town who have a very difficult game against Poole Town.
Obviously this means victories for St Neots Town (naturally) and Long Buckby at home against Ashington.
Good luck to all of the UCL clubs. It would be great to have a UCL team in the final this season.

When St Neots said they would have a good run in the vase, and provide stiff opposition, they forgot line.

Have to laugh at the comments in the 'Cambridge News' from St Ives Town manager Jez Hall. "It hurt as we let in a last minute goal". How many times over the last few seasons in league & cup competitions have St Ives scored last minute / injury time winning goals ?? A lot i tell you. Now you know who other teams must have felt. What comes around....goes around St Ives.

What a great achievement for the United Counties League; three teams in the last sixteen of a National Cup !
I feel a little sorry for St Ives who almost made it too.
The league will have at least one member in the last eight as well. I hope that will be St Neots Town, but who knows ??

Just a shame UCL clubs meet so early,3 tems through to the quarter finals instead of a possible 2,definite 1.King's Lynn v St Neots is definitely the draw of the tournament i think, hopefully this will bring a massive crowd of neutrals to the ground, make it a big payday for both teams. If we don't get through, then it will be down to St Neots to carry the flag, but whoever gets through i think they will have big support from the rest of the league.
