I think now the league table is settling down, Eynesbury on a good run and in my opinion are right back in it. Interesting next week Eynesbury v Kempston.

i have to disagree, i don't think Div 1 is taking any kind of shape. Everyone is capable of taking points of anyone. There are no whipping boys and no-one running away. I have played against most this year and, based on strength and workrate, would have to say Thrapston look best equipped to see through the winter months. Kempston and Olney, while best to watch currently, think may struggle to grind out those difficult points over Dec, Jan and Feb. Don't rule out Sileby, had a tough run so far (thrapston twice etc) but could put a run together. Snowman, looked at your previous posts and you seem to be very Eynesbury biased. They are relatively strong at home but they are traditionally bad on the road. Think I have scored more against them than any other UCL team! Top 5 would be very good for them. Would say at the bottom end, Burton are considerably better than usual, but will still be bottom 3 with probably Wootton and Buckingham (should never be at the bottom of Div 1 given the huge catchment area). Rushden will be 4th bottom. Just my opinion. Please shoot me down and disagree with me as you wish. I play in this league, and have for 10-15 years, and have never known such an open Div 1.

I have to agree I don't see this taking shape until march, we played olney yesterday and I did say I may change my mind but they are a realy good side and from what I have seen this season are top for a reason. Burton in Italy no we are more of a skeggy club.
