Sileby fan whilst i am sure lineoh will agree that he and i didn't always see eye to eye, i find myself sympathising with him here.
By all means make your comments about a ground, which actually i think is quirky and in summer one of the most attractive 'English country' sporting scenes around with the cricket going on and people sitting on the Abbey lawns, and people watching the footy. Sometimes better than these soulless new concrete monstrosities, nicely surrounded by an attractive 8ft wooden fence!! At least the club and town have held on to their roots without selling out.
For you to come on a public forum read by over a thousand people and sound out one individual, the very lifeblood of a club, who puts in long hours of their own time often unpaid is a poor show. Regardless of your own personal experience, i have always found the staff at Bourne very friendly and very accomodating.
Come on mate it's hard enough for us all to find volunteers right now!!
