With both the top teams from Huntingdonshire reaching the final of the Hunts Senior Cup, i would be interesting to see where the final will be played at . With St Neots getting an average crowd of nearly 380 & St Ives at 160, had one of these teams not reached the final, i've no doubt that the final would've been played at the losing semi-finalist due to their sizeable grounds to hold decent crowds. I still stand by opinion that the Hunts Senior Cup should be played at Peterborough United's ground. You now might ask that the ground is'nt in the Huntingdonshire border but i see PNS have entered in a 'Northants Cup' (although PNS is'nt in Northamptonshire) & know doubt the final will be either Rushden & Diamnds or Northanpton Town. Yaxley enter the Hunts Senior Cup & they are barely a few miles from Peterborough Uniteds ground so why cant the Hunts FA try to see if this venue can hold the final ?? It would be a far more greater incentive for all teams involved to play at this ground rather than a small venue in Huntingdonshire . I sure more people would watch the final here too knowing that they could sit in comfort & still be close to the action instead of being crammed against a rusty railing or trying to look over several heads to see the game .

PNS aren't in Northants, but they do come under the Northants FA.
Peterborough's a strange place for affiliations. To the south is Hunts, North is Lincs, East is Cambs and West and mainly central is Northants.

I would think the final will be at Huntingdon, there's nowhere else really unless they decide on Yaxley.

Strangely the Northants Senior Cup tends to be held at a low key ground also and i don't think it has ever been played at Rushden or Northampton. Not sure where it is this year. Very strangely the lower Northants cups like the Lower Junior Cup are played at these grounds. Shows what the Northants FA think of their flagship cup.
