We have an away game this "wednesday night" against Desborough Town.
We have one last home game on saturday against deeping and then the rest of the games are all away starting with Desborough on wednesday.
Lets hope the lads can continue the form which saw a very good win away at Boston Town on saturday, albeit we were under a fair bit of pressure second half.
Desborough will want to finish the season strong like ourselves.
lets hope it,s a good game.
good luck to both teams.

Well done to the lads for this latest victory. Super Dan Surridge with the two goals, one coming from a glancing header, and the second coming from a volley from 6 yards.
Thought Desboro worked very hard stopping us playing at times. We didn,t play our best football last night, from a combination of ourselves not playing our football and Desborough being more up for the battle at times.
We kept going and had to be patient. Desborough had a few chances to score but couldn,t find the net, thankfully from our point of view we scored 2 late goals to take the spoils.
Great to keep the run going and well done to our boys for perservering to ground the result out.
Well done to Desboro as they battled very hard for their cause.
Great result lads.

Spot on with your comments i feel, we had a great chance in the first half, and we neded to score whilst we were on top for bout 20mins or so in that half. Thought we played some good stuff and worked very hard.
2nd half you came into it a bit more, kept the ball a little better as well, we are disappointed we conceded the way we did, but the difference was you took your chances and we didnt, so when that happens you win games and we lose them. I just wish our season started in January instead of last August as we are playing alot better and making teams work hard to beat us, which wasnt the case before. That was only our 2nd defeat in our last 10 games as well, so we have improved from 1 win in 20 at the start.
But fair play to Wellinborough, your two defeats against potential Champions out of your last 15/16 games, sometimes its about grinding out results and last night i thought you did that well, especially 2nd half.
Good luck for the rest of the season though mate

Thanks Redscally,
Desborough have some quality players in the team and are getting stronger week by week. Very little in the game last mate and we knew it would be a tough game as your resluts have been improving as well.
Would like to thank John Lee for the hospitality at the game last night mate, and everyone else involved with Desborough Town fc who made everyone from wellingborough very welcome.
good luck for the rest of the season mate.
