This saturday we make the short journey to Irchester.
A local derby is up for grabs in this one.
We are coming off a 2-2 draw with Cogenhoe, whilst Darren Young's Irchester are coming off a 5-0 beating from St Ives.
I assume Darren will be wanting a big response from his players after that loss.
Lets hope our lads play to their game and fingers crossed we can put in another great performance and lets hope for another 3 points.
All the best boys.

Having been charged £8 entry for me and a child, I also said no to your raffle.
Well done to Irchy by the way; by far the better team on the day.

This was a reverse of the home game with Irchester winning 3-1 this time. Irchester started the better of the two sides this time and were 2-0 up by half time. They were by far the better side first half. Our lads couldn,t get their football going and were a way off the pace and were under a lot of pressure first half. Second half we played better, and did score through Ben Johnson, but Irchester also scored through a freekick. On the day Irchester were the better side and fully deserved to win this game. well done to them. Cheers for the comments Mr wheeler. I will save them for a rainy day mate. Just for the record Mr wheeler. I had 3 cups of coffee and and and a tray of chips......... me duck!!!!!! I was given a pass for the day to say thanks for the work i do down the club which would be rude of me not to take the offer up. With regards the raffle Mr wheeler i gave a quid to my friend dave to get raffle tickets whilst i was getting a coffee, so when you came round to me and asked if i wanted any raffle tickets i told you i had already had a go and my tickets were in my pocket. So we must get the facts right next time Mr Wheeler. Burger monster haydn

To be honest i didn,t have enough money on me mate as i would have. Chips were very nice though Did speak to a couple of our fans who brought one, and they said they were very nice. Thought the hospitality Irchester gave us was superb on saturday. With regards the burgers i do at wellingborough i don,t want people to think i,m big headed and mine are the best, thats not the way i am. All i do at wellingborough is offer value for money and hopefully people do like them and come back again. Next time we play you or next time i,m at irchester promise i will buy one. take care haydn
