Good Morning everyone,
Tonight our lads travel to Hayden road in their next pre-season friendly against Rushden and Higham.
After the the lads great 2-0 win at Banbury, lets hope the lads can put in another great team performance tonight.

Just got back from the friendly tonight. The lads worked hard for their 3-1 win tonight against a well organised Rush/higham side.
Goals from Simon Underwood, Ben Johnson and Dan Surridge scored for Wellingborough, Rushden scored late on with a well taken penalty.
Another good win from the lads which keeps the momentum going during pre-season, well done to Rushden and Higham who may well do very well in div 1 if they show that effort and determination every game. At times they played the ball around very well.
Many thanks to Rushden and Higham for their hospitality tonight. would like to wish them all the best for their season coming up.
This saturday our team are at home to Aylesbury which will be another tough encounter for the lads. Fingers crossed we can put in another hard working performance against our higher opponents.
I personally would like to say well done to all our players for all their efforts and determination they have put in so far, as usuall the team spirit is outstanding. Well done guys.
Also well done to Rob, Nick and Craig Adams for all their efforts in organising the players. 100% dedication as per usual.
Let's keep this momentum going boys.
