Bugbrooke lost 3-1 to Long Buckby last night in the Andy Humphries Memorial Cup. The Bucks were 2-0 up after 20 minutes, and a hammering looked likely, but Bugbrooke started to get the ball down and in the end made a good account of themselves. Bugbrookes goal came from an Own Goal on about 35 minutes.
Second half, we were a good side. Took the ball down, and played some good football. I think some of the big earners at Buckby were impressed.
The game was over with 10 to go, when Buckby went 3-1 against the run of play.
All in all, another good pre season test for The Badgers

bugbrooke have some quality players, a good manager and a good set up. I was impressed with them last year and think if they make their home form count they will win the league.
