That is a big upset! Congratulations to Rothwell Corinthians! I wouldn't have thought many people expected them to beat a high flying Wellingborough!

Great result for the club
Wellingborough can have no complaints
Their keeper made two great saves otherwise the scoreline could have been greater
Everyone from our keeper who also made two critical saves in the first half to our goalscorer tommy Newman played out of their skins
There is a great buzz about the club at the moment and hopefully with a few more good results that will continue throughout the season
Thanks to those committee members and to rob Gould for the gracious words of congratulations after the game
