Great win in the FA cup for Deeping! 2-1 winners at home to higher league opposition Belper. Goals form Matt Heron and Matt Evans
Good result for Holbeach, forced a replay down at Carters on Wednesday which i will be down to watch. Bit of extra money through the gate aswell for earning the replay!
Fantastic result for Sleaford away at Yaxley, First 3 points of the season. Goals from Paul Ward (nearly 50 years old surely?) and Jamie McCormack from the penalty spot.
Brilliant result for Spalding away at Wellingborough! Before i knew the result i guess W'boro lost because Haydn doesn't like to write the results up on here when they lose! Goal from Shahin
Blacko's pulled off a shock yet great 1-0 against S&L Corby, goal from Porter.
Brilliant results all round for Lincolnshire teams apart from Boston Town who went down 2-1 in there FA cup match, after being 1-0 up!

Come on all , you not going to ignore the fact Dav Utd won at coalville today , something the mighty linnets couldnt do . A fantastic day matched by a fantastic performance , down to 10 men , a crap pen decision with 10 to go and still bounced back . A massive thankyou to all at Dav Utd . By the way the coalville fans are a disgrace to non league football , but hey hey its called tough s--t . Up the motormen .

It was indeed a fantastic result for Sleaford and much needed. Also a really good performance and well deserved three points although tough on Yaxley with the penalty coming in the 90th minute.Just to clarify though it was Charlie Ward who scored (Paul's son) although Paul did play (very well) and yes he is nearly 50!! Also would like to say how nice the new facility is at Yaxley and how well we were looked after.

Have just got in from the cricket, after being down at Wellingborough Town so lets get our facts right before posting matey If i had got back home early enough i would have posted the results, as ive been out all night i couldn,t. Well done to Spalding today, we found them very hard to break down today. It was a very tight game, and not really many chances were created from either side. Spalding scored on 70 mins and they were on top at that point. We nearly equalised when Jason Turner was one on one with the keeper, but the Spalding keeper made himself big and made a very good save. I think we were not at our best today, but we must give credit to Spalding who battled very hard and really made themselves very hard to break down. Thought our lads worked very hard, but today was not our day. We have an even harder game in store on tuesday night at home to Long Buckby, so we must now get ready for them. They have a very good side and will certainly be hard to beat. Proud of the lads effort today even though we suffered our first league defeat of the season. Thanks to all the Spalding people who had food with the burger monster today, very much enjoyed all your company. haydn
