Strange that - was thinking the same myself Raw. All goes quiet and no biased OTT reports when Huntingdon lose - which is quite a bit lately. Ah well enjoy your em holiday wasnt it ? ;D ;D

Hi All. Thank you for taking a personal interest in Huntingdon Town Football Club. May I also thank the 185 people who have clicked on this link as it is great to see that people are reading about Huntingdon Town Football Club. Thank you Hopewewin. I am slightly perturbed as to your sardonic nature. If i am not wrong, so far i have reported on an 8 nil win, and two FA Cup games. In my modesty, i try to give reports that are factual and well balanced. This includes intimating key details such as who where why what and when. From my knowledge, the reports i gave mentioned historical aspects, match day stats, goal explanation and the like. Thus resulting in articles that are not biased it could be argued. Perhaps i should have said Potton were unlucky? or toned down Huntingdon Town Football Clubs four nil away win in their first ever FA Cup tie. I am an avid practioner of continuous professional development and if what you are saying (behind your alter ego) is actually a suggestion for improvement, I will kindly take your advice. However, I consider your words an act of mockery which I will not tolerate. I make the effort to promote my local football club and I do so out of thoughtfulness and what some might call and over the top sadness for what is actually a low level of football. If you have time to take your self out of you cave and perhaps stop suckling on the mammories of your sister, maybe I could take you seriously. But until you have something that might add value, i suggest you stick to picking the scabs off your leprosy.
Kind and Warm Regards
Ryan Doherty

Haha Ryan, it's a shame that in that lengthy reply to Hope's tongue in cheek posting you didnt actually answer the question why there was no report on your 2-1 loss to Rushden & Higham. I commend you on your undoubted loyalty to Huntingdon but please be prepared to accept a little humour when the rest of us are not quite as in love with your club as you appear to be. By the way did you ever read a book called 'How to win friends and Influence people' ?

Nice. Raw- we have hooked a big one here. You guys never can resist a nibble can you ;D ;D ;D I am very slightly impressed - there was some clever words for a plastic cockney in there. Spelling not so hot but we sort of understood where you were coming from - bit like your mate Sebbacameron who still cant spell. Talking of where you have come from - under a stone or back from the beach ? Strange as we all thought you were away on holiday and was thumbing a lift to Cleethorpes for your camping trip with the scouts. Love the nibbles from you Huntingdon guys You lost - there was no usual report - end of ! Enjoy the rest of your em err Holiday wasn't it ? ;D Whats the weather like in Huntingdon - not windy over there is it by any chance ? ;D

Thank you Hillgrounder.
Some people have lost their sense of humour and how to successfully do a tongue in cheek retort. We still all await with bated breath the report as to why the superstars of Huntingdon and FA Cup Heroes lost to a team not worthy of being on the same pitch ?

Such a big fish on such a small hook, no prebaiting required.
Maybe he is taking his time on last weekends in-depth report so that he could combine it with last nights loss at PNS in the league cup.
Good work hopewewin

Huntingdon Town face Daventry Town in the First Qualifying round of the FA Cup this saturday. Town who have faired better than local rivals Godmanchester, St Ives and St Neots Town in the mighty FA Cup hope that local supporters will get behind them.

Thanks Raw. Am so not interested in what mighty Huntingdon are doing like the majority and didnt even notice that they had lost yet again last night ! Well spotted sir. I gues thats two reports we won't be getting now then .... ;D ;D ; ------------------------------------------------ However for those of you who maybe slightly interested here is the official unbiased non OTT report of last nights Huntingdon superstars latest heavy defeat: Peterborough Northern Star 6 Huntingdon Town 4 For the second season running these sides fought out a classic cup tie, with the holders coming through unscathed in the end. Scott Beeny's fifth minute starter for Huntingdon was matched by Jon Stead's 22nd minute reply. Nine minutes later Stead fired Star in front with a penalty but five minutes before the break Josh Crick restored parity. Joe Furness regained the lead for Huntingdon after 47 minutes but Stead's hat trick goal levelled a minute later. Star then took control with goals from Avelino Vieira after 56 minutes, Dan Clements after 64 and Vieira a quarter of an hour from time. Huntingdon netted an 80th minute consolation through Ondre Odain. ----------------------------------------------- So there you go and we can all look forward to getting a report from Ryan on Saturday if they win or not if they lose Have a nice em err Holiday wasnt it Ryan ;D ;D
