Good luck to the remaining few UCL sides still in the FA cup! Deeping at home to New Mills Huntington Town v Daventry town Kings Lynn home to Haverhill Long Buckby v Thrapston Loughborough Dynamos are host to Daventry United From them games... Deeping will struggle to New Mills unfortunatley judging by what New Mills look like on paper..! 4 promotions in 4 years and unbeaten and top of Evo-Stik South! Huntingdon will struggle against Daventry Town, well if Dav Town's town is anything like it was when there were in the UCL Always fancy Kings Lynn! especially at The Walks Long Buckby are a quality outfit and imagine they will be too strong for Thrapston. From this tie one UCL club has to depart the FA Cup unfortunatley! Loughborough Dynamos and Daventry Utd i don't know enough about so would be harsh to comment! But the joy of the FA Cup is that upsets happen! Hopefully this time Sunday there will still be 5 UCL clubs in the FA Cup! Good luck to you all!!

Good afternoon everybody,
On Saturday - this Saturday the 17th Sep Huntingdon Town FC host Daventry Town FC in the FA Cup KO 3pm Jubilee park
Following the game after the players have eaten there will be a short presentation presenting the Football perspective and the commercial aspects of how we run the various clubs - this should last no longer than 40 minutes but will explain to all how the clubs are run and how we intend to move forwards with various topics being covered including how we intend to utilize our tremendous team of volunteers to develop the clubs and the site for all of our benefit
As the Chairman of Huntingdon Town FC I am more than happy to answer any questions from players, coaches or supporters and parents concerning any areas that might be put to me
There will be representatives of all clubs present,First team,Reserve team,Under 18's,the Ladies team and hopefully representatives from our Youth development partnership through Huntingdon Town Rowdies FC.
Following the presentation we are providing a small buffet with entertainment from Alana (all of this is free) who I am intending on becoming our resident solo singer available for parties and wedding bookings - so basically we are looking to have a few drinks, relax, enjoy the club and generally enjoy the atmosphere of the FA Cup with the bar remaining open and hopefully we can relax with our families and have a fun enjoyable evening after what we anticipate to be a very interesting afternoon in the club's history
ALL CHILDREN ARE MOST DEFINITELY WELCOME - THE CHILDREN ARE OUR NEXT GENERATION OF PLAYERS
Entrance to the game is free before 1pm and after 1pm it is £4 with all children at £1 under the age of 16
PLEASE COME ALONG - ENJOY THE GAME AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - HAVE YOUR SAY AFTER THE GAME
Kind regards,
Paul Hunt
CHAIRMAN

i was close with all my predictions! only getting Deeping wrong and can't say i am too disappointed about getting that one wrong! What a result against high flying New Mills, Deeping have now beat Belper and New Mills in the FA Cup and also Grantham and Soham in friendlies and drew with Lincoln United! all higher league opposition. Well done to them and good luck to them against Leek in the next round, another game you would fancy them! there the lincolnshire team i have watched the most this season! and all for good reason..great start to the season and i want to echo Kevinb and Haydn's comments well done, good luck in the next and does the UCL no end of favours! Massive congrats to Long Buckby and Kings Lynn aswell.. Fancy Lynn to progress the next round but don't know enough about Buckby's opponents to know what they will be like.. Good luck to all!
