Without doubt the prem is the leading league in the world , certainly Europe . 2 teams contested the euro final last year and now we take it as a forgone conclusion that our teams will spank the crack euro outfits more often than not .
Foreigners have certainly played their part , but what if it went back to the old 3 foreigner rule again
