We have made it to the end of 2011/2012 !!! It has been hectic and stressful at times but we have the title going down to the final day of the season, which is brilliant for the competition.
28/04 Cogenhoe United v Kings Lynn Town Daventry United v St Ives Town Deeping Rangers v Holbeach United Desborough Town v Irchester United Long Buckby v Blackstones Peterborough Northern Star v Northampton Spencer Sleaford Town v AFC Kempston Rovers Stewarts & Lloyds Corby v Thrapston Town Wellingborough Town 2004 v Boston Town Yaxley v Newport Pagnell Town
30/04 Stewarts & Lloyds Corby v St Ives Town The form book says that Long Buckby are home and dry and I have to say that it looks that way.
Both sides should win on the final day which will be enough to see the club in claret and white home.
It will be interesting to see what happens to Kings Lynn at the end of the season as their manager has already told the Eastern Daily Press his squad will be changing.
Whether they will opt for more stability should they still be promoted from second place we will have to see.
Elsewhere Daventry will be playing their final match at home to St Ives Town and I am sure I speak for the whole of the UCL Chatter community in wishing their players, officials and supporters well in the future.
Aside from the title race the match of the day is at Outgang Road where two strong form sides meet in a Lincolnshire derby.
Both Deeping and Holbeach will be looking to end the season on a high and look to be contenders next season.

We are losing matches at higher levels so no reason why the UCL will escape... you are right.

Thanks for the comments James really appreciated , it was all set for the final showdown with presentation all booked for after but our glorious weather payed its price on that as our fixture against Holbeach on Thursday was called of and will now be played Tuesday. Today in Daventry once again its p-----g it down at the moment but we not ment to have much which gives us a half chance of playing , but then again i dont think the experts know what the weather is going to do . To all at St ives i hope we see you later and to the whole of the UCL we will miss you .Thanks for 20 wonderful years all the best Fozzy and the whole of Dav Utd .
