Just been told that Botty has gone. Collected his Trophy OK last night and now he's gone. Is he replacing Gary Petts? Who gets the job at Station Road? Info from Kings Lynn website believe it or not!

Glen Botterill. Now there's a name from the past, didn't he used to play for Rushden Town or Irthlingborough Diamonds ? I seem to remember him somehow.

Apparently he wanted a team with the ambition and facilities to progress, and Buckby couldn't provide that, players going too.

Fair play to Botterill for winning the league last year but any half decent manager could have done the same with the budget he had. Be interesting to see him go to a club with little or no money as he would fail miserably. Even his own players say that his assistant Green is the one with the tactics and knowledge and Botty just gets them there on time.
Big pressure to get them up next year with all the £££££ and superstars dropping down a division.
